PECo not only produces top of the line CNC Analytical Gear Measurement Systems, but we also offer a wide variety of special machines to fulfill all of your gear, broach and spline checking needs.

 

With over 50 years of experience in the gear industry, PECo has gathered hundreds of pages of data from our customers, we've been listening to what machines they need to make their jobs easier.

Using that list, and checking it against the leading industry requirements, we are offering you the following special machines:

 

APV 3-Roll Burnisher – The APV removes nicks, burrs, heat-treat scale or other foreign matter from the gear tooth flanks.

 

Double Flank Roll Tester – A precision measurement system that has the ability to withstand the tough gear production environment. Utilizing a recirculating needle roller slide, the PECo-DFR has extremely sensitive measuring capability for steel and plastic gears.

 

Broach Sharpening Analyzer – By allowing you to accurately assess the smallest amount of material that needs to be removed to return your broach to its "sharpened" condition, the Broach Sharpening Analyzer enables you to remove no more than is absolutely necessary.
