Fine Pitch Model - PECo-DFR100

The basic test instruments are designed to roll test fine pitch/ module cylindrical spur and helical gears, worms, and bevel gear components.

The units offered consist of a precision horizontal measuring carriage slide. Each unit offers a DC-motor controlled by a servo amplifer and connected to a controller card located in the PC-based controller, which operates and drives the axis motor.

PC Controller & Software - included with the basic instrument offering is a stand alone PC-based controller (“current technology”), LCD Flat Panel Display, MS Windows XP Professional OS software and an Analysis Software package.

 

Center Distance sensing and data acquisition is available by LVDT or enclosed scale.

Chart Printouts and data recording - .pdf file format (NOTE: you must order Adobe® Acrobat Standard software with Distiller Read and Write capabilities or install a MS Windows® compatible .pdf file creator. Inkjet or Laserjet printers are available as an option for paper chart creation.
