 |
 Process Equipment Company (PECo) warrants its Hand Held Gages to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of the original invoice. Upon receipt of written notice from the customer, referencing the order number and detailing the claimed non-conformity or defect, PECo shall, at its option, repair or replace the product (F.O.B. PECo, Tipp City, Ohio, USA, or as otherwise specified).
If PECo's inspection fails to verify the claimed non-conformity or defect, the products will be returned to the customer at their expense and the customer shall pay to PECo a handling charge equal to 15% of the invoice value of the returned products. Exception: Disposable items, such as batteries, are covered by a 30-day warranty.
Warranty on special or custom designed products will be furnished in lieu of the above, if different.
